About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled IT Associates to join our technical team at Atal Sarovar Park. This role is vital for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting ticketing systems, and ensuring smooth digital operations across the park. Candidates with practical knowledge of IT systems are encouraged to apply, and freshers with strong learning ability are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- CCTV Operations: Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure reliable surveillance and security.
- Server Management: Handle basic server operations, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Computer & Printer Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Networking: Assist with LAN/Wi-Fi setup, connectivity checks, and troubleshooting.
- System Support: Provide technical assistance for ticketing software, POS systems, and operational applications.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain records of IT activities, repairs, and updates for reporting.
💼 Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, server management, basic computer operations, and printer troubleshooting
- Familiarity with networking, hardware/software support, and POS systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Freshers may apply – training will be provided
