Additional charges are applicable for ‘Paid Attractions’.
Tickets once sold will not be refunded.
Re-sale of tickets or discounted offer vouchers outside the ticket counter is strictly prohibited. If found, management reserves the right to dishonor such tickets.
Re-entry to the park is not permitted on used tickets.

Kindly read the ride instructions carefully before enjoying the rides. Some rides might not be advisable for heart patients, blood pressure patients & pregnant ladies.
Seek help / advice from ride operators if needed.
Kindly Follow the height/weight restrictions on the respective rides.
Some rides may be shut down for technical or safety purpose, inconvenience caused is regretted.
Kindly use the defined entry & exit areas at the rides and follow queue rules.

Food is available at the respective food counter you can buy at respective food counters available within the park.
Outside foods and drinks are not permitted within the parks.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited in & around park premises.

Wheelchairs and strollers are available on demand.
Medical centers are available at specific locations inside the park area.
